International company is looking for a strong candidate with expertise in business planning.

Responsibilities:

Ownership of Business planner process: development, formalization, maintenance, enforcement

Produce and update of plans for primary and secondary sales on monthly basis based on Annual Operating Plan and inputs from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations

Lead cross-functional collaboration for the purpose of delivering of updated sales plans & targets by Customer / Client

Translate the inputs/insights to sales plans through applying volume building blocks (=VBB)

Develop & formalize of VBB methodology, VBB efficiency assessment (plan vs fact), making actionable conclusions based on assessment

Explore opportunities to mitigate deviations Fact vs Plan

Lead monthly sales sign-offs and contribute to monthly closing sales periods in documents/systems

Prepare calculation of primary and secondary sales plans for upcoming Annual Operating Plan

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports with respect to sales plans & execution

Lead projects related to improvement, automation, optimization and enhancing accuracy of sales planning

Requirements:

University Degree

Business planning and Efficiency assessment background at Pharma, FMCG – at least 3 years

Native Russian, Upper-intermediate English;

Strong communication & influencing skills, analytical and issue solving skills;

Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point, ERP Systems.
