Ostrovok.ru is a travel-tech company that creates platforms for online booking of hotels, air tickets and other services for both individual travelers and corporate clients and travel agencies. Our brands: Ostrovok.ru, В2В.Ostrovok.ru, Ostrovok.ru Komandirovki. We develop projects both in Russia and abroad. We are actively growing and are looking for a Head of Global HR Admin who will strengthen our team. You will: audit current processes and procedures; саrry out researches within local law; identify and minimise risks; manage your current team, collect teamwork statistic and analyse it; monitor local legal compliance alongside legal and finance teams; keep an eye on the online tools and incorporate them within HR admin processes; seek the best options of material and non-material motivation with C&B team; draft and set a well-structured and comprehensive format for all the processes; budget control; expand partners and consultants pool; work on payroll, and search for payment optimisation options together with finance team; manage employees' relocation. You have: 5+ years of experience in HR admin process;
management experience of a team of 5+ people;
experience hiring in different countries within local law (European countries, America, etc.);
project management experience (create something from scratch);
team relocation experience;
worked with EOR contracts (as a plus)
