Foreign pharmaceutical company is looking for Channel Mix Manager.

Responsibilities:

Working with the Brand team during brand planning to identify the best channel mix to achieve strategic marketing goals for assigned group of brand

Participation in brand planning from customer relationships department and ensuring coordination and collaboration between marketing and customer relationships department teams

Building a cross-channel plan to implement the brand strategy

Providing customer expertise during the development of a brand strategy for the new product initiatives

Initiation and evaluation of the operational tools of channel mix for assigned group of brands

Allocation the resources within customer relationships department for effective channel mix for assigned group of brands

Tracking brand and customer strategy implementation by channels (dashboards, mitigation plan initiation)

Tracking, Identification and development of new distribution channels for assigned group of brands

Identification of new opportunities and risks during the implementation of brand and customer strategy (incl. mitigation plan development).

Ensuring the development and application of digital, E-com tools, as well as new tools for all types of customers (HCPs, pharmacists, pharmacy, distributors, market places etc)

Initiation a system of feedback, best practice sharing and learnings to ensure continuous improvements and systematization of all experience in all departments (positive, negative in the company)

Dashboard: create KPIs for each campaign/channel/total to track channel mix performance for assigned group of brands

Ensuring the initiation of common / end-to-end KPIs for customers performance for assigned group of brands

Facilitate the collection and transition to mutual valid data for dashboards & KPIs for assigned group of brands

Providing customer expertise during the development of a brand strategy for the new product initiatives
